Scope of Services. Through this Site, Tidy Up Cleaning Co. markets and arranges Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Junk Removal, Post-Construction Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Eviction Cleaning, Hoarding Cleanup. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Tidy Up Cleaning Co. (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Tidy Up Cleaning Co. may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
